Shipping and returns

After payment, your order is prepared for production and dispatch. Keep your payment and order confirmation and contact admin@memorabelle.com with any questions.

The EU fourteen-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as magnets made with your own pictures.

The personalised-goods exception does not remove your statutory rights when goods arrive damaged, defective or different from what was ordered. Contact us promptly with clear photos and your order details. Necessary return costs for defective goods are the trader's responsibility under applicable consumer rules.

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

The usual production time is one working day before dispatch.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is two working days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Orders are sent with PostNL. When tracking is available, the tracking code is sent by email.

The current flat shipping charge is €6.99 per order.

Report damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods to admin@memorabelle.com. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the problem.

Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. Personalised goods may not need to be physically returned when photographs provide sufficient evidence.

When a physical return is required, the return address is: MemoraBelle, Groningensingel 795, 6835 GE Arnhem, the Netherlands.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. An approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 days.

Personalised goods cannot be returned or refunded because of a spelling error, incorrect picture or another choice supplied by the customer, unless MemoraBelle failed to make the product according to the confirmed order.
