You are responsible for supplying images that you are legally entitled to use. Colours and crops may vary slightly because of screen display and the handmade production process.

The applicable product price, discount, shipping and total are shown before payment. An order is paid only after the payment provider confirms a successful payment.

Personalised products are made according to your choices, so the statutory right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded. Your statutory rights for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

Nothing in these terms restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a problem occurs, contact admin@memorabelle.com first so we can seek a solution together.

All prices displayed to consumers include 21% VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

The purchase agreement becomes binding when the customer places the order, payment succeeds and MemoraBelle confirms the order by email.

Payment is available through the methods offered during checkout.

A personalised order may be cancelled until production has begun. Once production starts, cancellation is generally no longer possible. Statutory rights for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

Complaints can be submitted to admin@memorabelle.com with the order number and clear photographs. We aim to respond within one hour.
